All orders will be sent through our carrier GLS, which will collect your package from our warehouse to deliver it to the address provided when placing the online order as soon as possible.
Delivery fees include insurance, transport, and packaging. In case of breakage, you must specify the reason for the return in the delivery slip since there will be a record of the event. If you did not observe it at the time of delivery, you must notify us of the incident by email within 48 hours after accepting the package at: [email protected]. If the merchandise in the package is damaged, please also write us an email within 48 hours adding photos of the damaged goods.
You have the right to refuse the package (and for this, you must fill out a form and keep a copy), but please note that we do not accept the return of goods 48 hours after receiving the package.
Delivery time: from 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday) in Europe, but depending on the delivery country. Please find more details in the list below. Note that GLS does not deliver during the weekend. If you want delivery to take place during the weekend, please contact us by email and arrange the transport (Incoterm 2000 EXW), that is, send your delivery agency.

Europe Zone 2, Europe Zone 3: Free shipping for orders over €800.
Note on cumulative discounts:
- Cumulative discounts automatically expire 3 months after your last online order. If you want to benefit from the accumulated discount, you must place your order online beforehand.
Non-European countries: When you place the order online you pay estimated shipping fees. However, Artipistilos will contact you to inform you about the fees and delivery times as well as the payment method once the order is in our ERP system. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package and we assure you of always offering the most competitive shipping fees.
Please note that we do not offer shipping services to the UK through our agency.
