Great sizing for felt

Using instructions / Application:

If you add thinners to straw or felt stiffener you will find there is no longer this residue film left. Use roughly 2/3rds stiffener to 1/3rd thinners (for example our product DILU150J/_DILUYENTE). It does mean you will need to do 3 light coatings leaving 2 hrs to completely dry and you can use this under the brim also. Brush on with a natural bristle brush. A stiff brush is good. Work the stiffener into the felt with vigorous motion with a small amount on the brush at a time. Light brushing tends to leave stiffener residue (snail trails) on the felt as does too much stiffener on the brush.

Test on felt scrap with thinners mixed with your felt stiffener. You may find you need to use more or less of the ratio stated above.

Caution:

Keep it away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, flames and other sources of ignition. No Smoking.
Use explosion-proof electrical / ventilation / lighting equipment.
Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / facial protection.
IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH SKIN (or hair): Remove all contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse the skin with water / shower.
IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and if they are easy to remove. Continue rinsing.
Dispose of contents / container in accordance with local / regional / national / international regulations.
